Location. Down the road to Kata Beach and restaurant/bar/shop options. Close to Phuket Smart Bus stop. Our rooms were next to each other and we had a balcony and direct pool access which caught the afternoon sun. This was the main reason we booked. 7th floor excellent sunset views across Kata Beach. Housekeeping was excellent daily and no issues for us.

Great location at the start of Kata beach. Lots of food, tours, massage and restaurants nearby. Also 20-30 minutes walk there was clothing market with food options. Beach was accessible from hotel.

Great location, lots of swimming pools, great views, and nice staff. Couldn't ask for more, therefore extended my stay.

Good hotel located on a hill. The high floor rooms have to be reached on foot, which can be difficult for older people, but the view from the rooms is good. When we checked in, a few hours later it turned out that the air conditioner in the room was broken. The hotel staff did everything possible to quickly fix the breakdown, and when this failed, after a few hours they changed our room with an upgrade. Many thanks to them for this. This difficulty did not spoil our holiday experience.

Superb location, very close to Kata and Kata Noi beach. You can see Big Buddha from the hotel. Our room with Private Pool was amazing, I loved swimming in the evening and taking in the scenery. Breakfast is amazing, big variety of choice. Staff was also very nice and courteous
