Sugar Palm Grand Hillside - SHA Plus

Location. Down the road to Kata Beach and restaurant/bar/shop options. Close to Phuket Smart Bus stop. Our rooms were next to each other and we had a balcony and direct pool access which caught the afternoon sun. This was the main reason we booked. 7th floor excellent sunset views across Kata Beach. Housekeeping was excellent daily and no issues for us.

We really liked the location, and the small uphill walk was not a problem for us. Overall, we were satisfied with both the accommodation and breakfast. The staff were generally very kind and helpful, especially the cleaning team – they truly do a great job and deserve recognition.

Great location, lots of swimming pools, great views, and nice staff. Couldn't ask for more, therefore extended my stay.

Good hotel located on a hill. The high floor rooms have to be reached on foot, which can be difficult for older people, but the view from the rooms is good. When we checked in, a few hours later it turned out that the air conditioner in the room was broken. The hotel staff did everything possible to quickly fix the breakdown, and when this failed, after a few hours they changed our room with an upgrade. Many thanks to them for this. This difficulty did not spoil our holiday experience.
